Some products have a set delivery rate that will be added at checkout.

All items are sent next business day from the day they are purchased.

When you place an order, we will contact you via the email used for the purchase to organize delivery If needed.

Please also note that some deliveries can be tricky for the delivery driver. Please contact Vitel Nutrition if this is the case with your delivery.

Return Policy

You may return any products, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase amount. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the shipping costs. If there was postage paid by Vitel Nutrition for delivery we do not refund this amount.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 days of vitel water receiving the package back to head office.
